2024 WINTER MINI SESSION INFO

MINI SESSIONS DATES:

November 11-December 14 (no classes Thanksgiving Week)

CLASS SCHEDULE:

SPRING MINI SESSION TUITION:

Tuition covers the entire 4-class session.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of the session

  • All payments must be made with credit card online through the JackRabbit Portal

ADDITIONAL FEES: 

Non-Member Registration Fee: $15 per dancer; due at the time of enrollment, non-refundable

Note:  This fee is a one-time fee per session that covers all registration fees for programming taking place for any non-members

REFUNDS: 

Mini sessions are non-refundable due to the short nature of the session. No refunds will be issued unless one of the following scenarios occurs:

  1. Dancer moves out of a 30 mile radius from Lineage Dance Co. with proof of address change

  2. Dancer experiences a serious injury or illness with proof of doctor’s note

  3. A job loss occurs within the immediate family with proof of employer paperwork

Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions to this policy. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All payments must be made with credit card online through the JackRabbit Portal

  • Registration Fee will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment

  • Tuition Fee for initial payment will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment

  • Should the stored form of payment be declined for any reason, the family will be notified immediately. The family will be granted three business days to update the form of payment and settle the account balance. After three business days, a $30 late fee will be applied and assessed weekly until the account is settled. 

  • Any fee that has not been paid after a month may result in withdrawal of the student from the class. All fees and balances must be paid to participate prior to the start of the session

MAKE UP / MISSED CLASSES

We value providing a consistent experience for our dancers and as a result will not be offering make up classes for any missed classes. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund.  

In the case of inclement weather, the studio will close if Franklin County reaches a Level 2 Snow Emergency or under a Tornado Warning. All other closures as a result of weather conditions (high winds, severe thunderstorms,, etc.) will be made as soon as possible and communicated via email and social media. There will be no refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
