2024-2025 STUDIO CLASS TUITION
STUDIO CLASS TUITION:
Studio classes run mid/late August-mid May (see annual calendar for exact dates). Tuition will be paid on a quarterly basis with three, equal payments. Tuition takes into account all scheduled closings and ensures an equal number of classes for all days of the week. Tuition payment plans on a monthly basis are available upon request for an additional fee.

TUITION SCHEDULE:
Tuition is drawn upon enrollment, November 1 (11/1/24) and February 1 (2/1/25). Tuition will be automatically withdrawn from the payment form stored in the online account.
ADDITIONAL FEES & SCHEDULE:
Membership Fee: $55 per dancer; due at the time of enrollment, non-refundable
Membership fee covers registration fees for any clinics, summer camps or mini sessions they choose to participate in throughout the year (programming that occurs from August 1, 2024-July 31, 2025).
Studio Show Costume Fee: $90 + tax per dancer; automatically withdrawn on November 1st (11/1/24), non-refundable
Should a dancer register for classes after 11/1/24, the fee will be withdrawn the first of the next month
Studio Show Fee: $40 per dancer (includes photo sitting fee, production expenses & show tee shirt); automatically withdrawn on February 1st (2/1/25), non-refundable
AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:
Multi-Class Discount: 15% off quarterly tuition for second class (and beyond) AND costume for any additional class for same dancer
REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued unless one of the following scenarios occurs:
Dancer moves out of a 30 mile radius from Lineage Dance Co. with proof of address chance
Dance experiences a serious injury or illness with proof of doctor’s note
In the event that a dancer is resistant to attend class and is 5 or younger at point of enrollment, a prorated tuition credit will be issued for the remainder of the tuition. The credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Credits will only be issued within the first four weeks of the dancer’s enrollment.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All payments must be made with credit card online through the JackRabbit Portal
Membership Fee will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment
Tuition Fee for initial payment will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment and quarterly tuition thereafter withdrawn on schedule listed above
Studio Show Costume Fee & Studio Show Fee will be automatically withdrawn on the dates listed above
Should the stored form of payment be declined for any reason, the family will be notified immediately. The family will be granted three business days to update the form of payment and settle the account balance. After three business days, a $30 late fee will be applied and assessed weekly until the account is settled.
Any fee that has not been paid after a month may result in withdrawal of the student from the class. All fees and balances must be paid to participate in the annual studio show.
MAKE UP / MISSED CLASSES:
We value providing a consistent experience for our dancers and as a result will not be offering make up classes for any missed classes. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of inclement weather, the studio will close if Franklin County reaches a Level 2 Snow Emergency or is under a Tornado Warning. All other closures as a result of weather conditions (high winds, severe thunderstorms, etc.) will be made as soon as possible and communicated via email and social media. There will be no refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
If you know that your child will be missing class, you are welcome to email info@lineagedanceco.com to alert the teacher of your child’s absence.
WITHDRAWAL
Any request to withdraw from studio classes must be completed in writing via email to info@lineagedanceco.com. All requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to tuition withdrawal in order to avoid being charged.
