SUMMER FLEX MINI SESSION:

GENERAL INFORMATION:

What is the Summer Flex Mini Session? We know how busy summer can be so we are happy to offer our classes in 4, 6 or 8 week increments. Classes do no not need to be used in consecutive weeks, therefore allowing families maximum flexibility to choose when to use their classes.

When Summer Flex Mini Session? June 2nd-August 1st (No classes 6/30-7/6) The full session is 8 weeks in length, but class packages for 4 or 6 weeks are also available!MINI SESSIONS LEVELS:

Combo Classes: Ages 3-5
Dancers ages 2.5-5 are recommended to begin in our Combo Classes. These classes are designed to give dancers a taste of a couple of styles and expose them to the exciting world of dance through exploration and imagination! 

  • Combo 1: Age 3

  • Combo 2: Age 4

  • Combo 3: Age 5

Dance Mix: Ages 6-14
These classes are for dancers ages 6 and up! These classes are designed to teach the foundational technique of two styles in one class!

Single Style: Ages 6-8
These classes are for dancers ages 6-8! These classes are designed to dive deep and focus on one singular style of dance. Dancers are encouraged to enroll in a couple of classes with the freedom to choose which styles to try!

SUMMER FLEX MINI SESSION TUITION:

SUMMER FLEX MINI SESSION PAYMENT POLICIES:

TUITION SCHEDULE: 

  • Tuition (in full) is drawn upon enrollment for all mini sessions.

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of the session 

  • Due to the flexible nature of the session (4, 6 or 8 week class packages available) prorated tuition options will not be available

ADDITIONAL FEES & SCHEDULE: 

  • 24-25 Lineage Dance Co. Members do not have an additional registration fee for Summer 2025 programming (running through 8/7/25)

  • All new Lineage Dance Co. Families will be charged a $25 per dancer; nonrefundable, one time registration fee for summer programming 

  • In order to qualify as a Lineage Dance Co. Member, your dancer must have been enrolled in 2024-2025 Studio Classes and paid the annual membership fee.

REFUNDS:

Mini sessions are non-refundable due to the short nature of the session. No refunds will be issued unless one of the following scenarios occurs:

  1. Dancer moves out of a 30 mile radius from Lineage Dance Co. with proof of address change

  2. Dancer experiences a serious injury or illness with proof of doctor’s note

Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions to this policy. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Registration Fee will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment

  • Tuition Fee for initial payment will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment

  • Should the stored form of payment be declined for any reason, the family will be notified immediately. The family will be granted three business days to update the form of payment and settle the account balance. After three business days, a $30 late fee will be applied and assessed weekly until the account is settled. 

  • Any fee that has not been paid after a month may result in withdrawal of the student from the class. All fees and balances must be paid to participate prior to the start of the session

ENROLLMENT:

Lineage Dance Co. reserves the right to combine and/or adjust any classes that have enrollment of five dancers or less. Families will be notified of the adjustment and have five (5) business days to request a refund. All adjustments after that point are subject to the discretion of the studio.

MAKE UP / MISSED CLASSES:

We value providing a consistent experience for our dancers and as a result will not be offering make up classes for any missed classes. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund.  

In the case of inclement weather, the studio will close if Franklin County reaches a Level 2 Snow Emergency. All other closures as a result of weather conditions (high winds, severe thunderstorms, tornados, etc.) will be made as soon as possible and communicated via email and social media. There will be no refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
