2025 SUMMER CAMPS
INFORMATION & POLICIES
GENERAL INFORMATION:
4-DAY CAMP INFORMATION:
Lineage Dance Co. Summer Camps are created for dancers 2.5-12 at all dance levels; no previous dance experience is required
Camps are held for four consecutive days
Each camp includes: dance instruction and activities, themed decoration and routine, craft, and a camp certificate!
A 10-minute showcase of the themed routine will be held on last day of camp. Detailed information will be sent to participating campers in the confirmation email!
Campers should enroll in the camp that aligns with their age at the time camp is held.
Recommended dress code and other camp details will be sent out in the camp confirmation email one week prior to the start of camp!
COLLEGE PREP DANCE TEAM WORKSHOP INFORMATION:
These workshops are targeted for dancers who are ages 13+ who have previous technical experience
The One-Day Intensives are focused on advanced technical skills including:
A la seconde turns
Pirouettes (3+ rotations)
Switch Leaps
Flexibility Skills
Ballet
Familiarity with a la seconde turns and ability to execute multiple rotations of a pirouette is encouraged to ensure dancers get the most out of the intensive!
SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT POLICIES:
TUITION SCHEDULE:
Tuition (in full) is drawn upon enrollment for all camps. All campers must be paid in full by the start of camp in order to participate.
ADDITIONAL FEES & SCHEDULE:
24-25 Lineage Dance Co. Members do not have an additional registration fee for Summer 2025 programming (running through 8/7/25)
All new Lineage Dance Co. Families will be charged a $25 per dancer; nonrefundable, one time registration fee for summer programming
In order to qualify as a Lineage Dance Co. Member, your dancer must have been enrolled in 2024-2025 Studio Classes and paid the annual membership fee.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All payments must be made with credit card online through the JackRabbit Portal
Registration Fee will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment
Tuition Fee for initial payment will be automatically withdrawn upon enrollment
Should the stored form of payment be declined for any reason, the family will be notified immediately. The family will be granted three business days to update the form of payment and settle the account balance. After three business days, a $30 late fee will be applied and assessed weekly until the account is settled.
Any fee that has not been paid after a month may result in withdrawal of the student from the class. All fees and balances must be paid to participate prior to the start of the session
ENROLLMENT:
Lineage Dance Co. reserves the right to combine and/or adjust any classes that have an enrollment of six dancers or less. Families will be notified of the adjustment and have five (5) business days to request a refund if not satisfied with the adjusted offering. All adjustments after that point are subject to the discretion of the studio.
REFUNDS:
Summer camp cancellations must be received via email at least four weeks prior to the start of camp to be eligible for a refund less a $50 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations after the four week mark prior to the start of camp are non-refundable unless one of the following scenarios occurs:
Dancer moves out of a 30 mile radius from Lineage Dance Co. with proof of address chance
Dance experiences a serious injury or illness with proof of doctor’s note
MAKE UP / MISSED CLASSES:
We value providing a consistent experience for our dancers and as a result will not be offering make-up classes for any missed days of camp or classes. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of inclement weather, the studio will close if Franklin County reaches a Level 2 Snow Emergency. All other closures as a result of weather conditions (high winds, severe thunderstorms, tornados, etc.) will be made as soon as possible and communicated via email and social media. There will be no refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
If you know that your child will be missing class, you are welcome to email info@lineagedanceco.com to alert the teacher of your child’s absence.
DANCE & PLAY PARTIES / HIP HOP & HANG PAYMENT POLICIES:
