KATIE DEVINE
Katie was born and raised in Columbus, OH, and started her dance journey at 5 years old. Throughout her years of training, she had the great opportunity to learn from many esteemed choreographers, and was given the opportunity to assist, teach, and work in the front office from the age of 14.
She attended The Ohio State University after graduating from Olentangy High School in 2015. During her four years at Ohio State, Katie was a member of the Ohio State University Dance Team, and contributed to the team’s first three national championships, including one win as the sole captain her senior year. Katie was also the 2x recipient of the Leadership Award, and was voted MVP by the team her senior year. She graduated summa cum laude in May of 2019 with a B.S.B.A. in Human Resources, and a minor in psychology.
After graduating from The Ohio State University, Katie has been one of the Assistant Coaches of The Ohio State University Dance Team, and has pursued a career in choreography through TRIBE 99 Choreography. In her first three seasons, she has had the opportunity to travel across the world to work with a variety of teams and studios, and has won multiple choreography awards for her work throughout the country.
Katie is so excited to be able to share her love of dance as a part of the Lineage Dance Co. family, and cannot wait to watch the family grow in its inaugural season!
