HAILEY WILLIS

Hailey has been dancing since the age of three and trained at Impressions Dance Studio in Dayton, Ohio in ballet, jazz, contemporary, pom, lyrical, tap and hip-hop. Hailey is a current senior on the Ohio State University Dance Team and serves as the 2021-2022 Team Captain. During her tenure, the team secured seven National Championships.

She is currently pursuing Human Development and Family Science to become a teacher, but ultimately wants to explore dance and choreography upon graduation in the Spring. Hailey loves working with children of all ages and wants to help each dancer reach their potential.

Hailey has had the opportunity to learn from world-renowned choreographers in the dance team and studio industry such as Rudy Abreu, Douglas Burkhardt, and Shannon Mather. Hailey choreographs for dance teams and studios around Ohio and is a current apprentice choreographer for TRIBE 99 Choreography. She has a passion for dance that she can't wait to share with others and hopes to inspire dancers with her love of the sport.
